The Downtown Farmers Market is open every Saturday from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm, and sometimes a little later. Because of its downtown location and close proximity to the beach, residents and visitors often make a day of visiting the beach , farmers market and downtown together. There are great breakfast places all along Main Street, and plenty of parking in the beach parking lot, and throughout the downtown area. The Pacific View Mall Farmers Market is open every Wednesday in the parking lot off Main Street.
Most of Downtown Ventura is Closed to car traffic, giving it a wonderful old-world feel. There are some great breakfast restaurants on Main Street that open early, making it easy to catch a nice hot cup of coffee and breakfast before, or after visiting the market.
